TIMES, THEY ARE CHANGING!
Since it is a time for change I thought it would be appropriate to post this rare Double 7 inch from my collection of Michael Manley's speech in Kingston May 5th, 1973. The cover sleeve is not is good condition, however the two 7" are pretty neat. The then Prime Minister of Jamaica makes an interesting statement that is quoted in the spread sleeve (click on 2nd image to amplify)and makes me wonder if maybe Obama ever layed ears on this piece of political history!

Tu aprendeu na escola". Sou negro, bahiano e reggeiro... nem por isso vou me limitar a seguir um padrão... ñ e pq eu nasci na bahia ñ vou poder usar determinado tipo de roupa... nos negro cobramos tanto respeito q acabamos esquecendo de respeitar o diferente.
Caro Ijahwel i'n'i, gostaria de lembrar q impor Estereótipos nos remete a manifestações como racismo, xenofobia, homofobia, machismo e intolerância... preconceito gera perconceito.
Gostei muito do som da banda... reggae de qualidade... rolando outro show no pelô pode contar com minha presença*.
*(eu é uma das minha camisas "mão aberta".)
